Joyful Transformations, Inc. (JTI) is a community-benefit, 501(c) 3 leadership development and enrichment organization for girls ages 9-18. We use a blended learning approach to leadership development by way of workshops, girl success circles and retreats focused on self-reflection combined with experiential learning exercises. This self-discovery process engages girls in a way that helps them utilize their strengths and abilities to overcome obstacles and achieve success in life.
We're excited to announce our latest program - The Young Women's Leadership Experience (YWLE) The YWLE is a leadership development and mentoring program for college girls in the Phoenix area. They will serve as an integral part of the JTI family by helping to plan, develop and facilitate fun events and programs for participants in the JTI program.

Powerfully Transforming
Our programs are designed to help girls manage through the many transitions in her life. They serve as catalyst to empower girls to celebrate their unique brilliance.
We don't have to tell you that girls matter: they're smart, creative, adventurous and have unlimited potential. But sadly, many girls don't feel the same way.
As parents and role models, you play a very important role in the overall success of JTI and it's mission to impact the lives of girls. My hope and desire is that you will get actively engaged by not only getting your daughter involved but help us shape the organization to meet the very unique needs of our girls.
