Joyful Transformations, Inc. (JTI), founded by Felicia Davis, is a community -benefit, 501(c) 3 leadership development and enrichment organization for girls from the ages of 9-18.
We envision a developing community of girls who recognize their leadership potential and take full
ownership for using their potential to grow, be self - sustained, and reach back and mentor a future generation of strong leaders.
To transform the lives of girls by offering high many impact leadership development programs that will allow them to overcome barriers and find their compass for becoming extraordinary leaders and mentors of the community.
