At JTI, our programs are designed to take our girls on an educational and transformative journey.
JTI participants engage in powerful experiences that are unique to our program. We know that education is the greatest equalizer and because of this we initiate profound experiences -- those that are critical to effecting lasting change that transcends over time with the many life transitions that every girl encounters.
Our intention is purposeful -- we help our girls find their compass, identify and address competency gaps and prepare them for personal and professional excellence through fun but rigorous skill building activities. We accomplish our goals by connecting them in a way that calls for collaboration, creativity and critical thinking. We use a blended learning approach to expose the girls to a variety of educational and leadership development opportunities. Our programs build knowledge, skills and attitudes through group participation, assessments, mini-projects, simulation exercises and short presentations to demonstrate learning.
Program facilitation is led by subject -matter experts that engage every participant in dialogues leading to discovery, new knowledge, innovation and personal and professional transformation.

The Journey Begins Phase One: This is the foundation of where it all begins in our one year program. Phase
One is a three-month intensive of fun but life-shifting girls circles and workshops designed to meet the girls right where they are. We begin with our signature offering
called The Mother-Daughter Connection. It's an experience that literally transforms their relationship and sets the girls up powerfully to continue on through phase one and the remainder of the program .
The Journey ContinuesPhase Two: This is the next phase on our journey where we focus on issues related to
self-esteem, self-acceptance and relationships. Statistics tell us that there is are a few critical points in a girls life where she grapples with the need to fit in while also doing the
right thing. They leave this phase of the program feeling empowered, more self-expressed and with the confidence to choose wisely.
The Journey Transcends
Phase Three: This is the final and most extensive phase of the program where we hone the girls leadership skills by focusing on career insights, public speaking, developing an entrepreneurial mindset and paired with a mentor, they learn to translate ideas into action with a project that demonstrates their newly developed skills.
